Hello All :-)

As Halloween is fast approaching, I thought it would be a nice idea to show you how to make a cool ghost card using Jamie Rodgers Kaleidoscope Segment Die Set!! Super easy and fun card to make... and great for the kids on Trick Or Treat too :-)

This really is quite an amazing die set to work with, a great investment if you are considering it - which gives you so many ideas and options.

Step 1

▪️Take some Polar White Elited Card and cut out some plain background segments

(as you can see in Picture 1 📸).

📝 NOTE - I have drawn on one to show you what I do :-)

Round off the tops and sort of hand scallop the bottoms .

▪️For the faces, I cut out the segment pieces which have the dots and the cogs in Raven Black Elite Card and made faces out of the waste bits.

Now set these aside.

Step 2

Firstly, I cut out some of the star segments using Elite Card in the following colours :-

▪️Next, using the Plain Squares Die Set I cut a sqaure in a Raven Black, measuring 14 cm x 14 cm.

▪️Taking any of Jamie Rodgers Crafts Circle Sentiment Dies I cut the background circle in Bumblebee Yellow Elite Card to create my moon.

As you can see in Picture 2 📸 I have just placed (not stuck) the moon in the centre of the card and randomly stuck all the star waste from the segments around it.

Step 3

▪️Taking a 17cm x 17cm white card blank, along with some Tiger Orange Elite Card, I cut from the Fluted Square Die Set one that measures 15.2cm x 15.2 cm which I adhered to a card blank.

▪️Then as seen in Picture 3 📸 the star piece went on top next went two ghosts at the top corner and the moon on top of them.

Now for the sentiment.....

The Happy Halloween die set cut from Tiger Orange, Raven Black and Bumblebee Yellow

I stuck it together and then across the middle of the moon on foam pads.

To finish, I stuck on the last "Ghosties" which I also placed on foam pads to level them up with the sentiment!

And there you have an easy Halloween card..... I love making fun cards like this :-)

I'd love to see what colours / occasions you could make it for, so share with us on our Facebook Group - Create With Craftmania And Jamie Rodgers.

Have a great crafting week

Take care

Lynn x
