If I’m playing with frame dies like this set... I find it much easier to stick the frames to my cutting mat.. instead of to my card, that way if you wish to cut a few at one time you don’t have to keep removing your dies and repositioning them on the card, the dies will of course cut through the tape... but it’s easily removed from basic shapes (I wouldn’t do this will delicate dies as picking off all the bits takes forever!).
Also you have no fear that your tape will stick/damage your cardstock. And I find it easier to position on a solid surface than the card.
its also nice to know you can create multiple frames for layering and not worry they will differ.
