Spellbinders Spotlight ~ Merry Christmas By Lynn Lewis

Spellbinders Spotlight ~ Merry Christmas By Lynn Lewis | Craftmania

Hello everyone....

Today I’m sharing a Christmas card make with the Spellbinders Peekaboo Trellis Panels Die Set.

You can find the Shopping List for my project at the bottom of this page.

▪️First I die cut the larger leaf panel out of Antique Green Maya Card, then another in Gold Mirror Card, before sticking one behind the other to create a shadow effect!

▪️You will also need to cut out the leaves in gold for the outer bits, and Antique Green for the backs - glue these together and set aside. (See my photo below).

▪️Next using Sue Wilson's Slimline Collections, I selected the Stitched Rectangle Apeture Die and cut one out in white card, and then stuck the leaf panels behind it.

I then backed it with Kraft card and placed foam roll on the back and then set it aside.

▪️Take some more of the Maya Antique Green Card, and cut out the largest die from the Outer Scalloped Rectangle Slimline Die Set.

Stick this onto a white DL card blank, and then stick the panel we made earlier on top.

▪️For my Poinsettia, I chose Jamie Rodgers' Pierced Collection - Elegant Poinsettia.

I cut out two large and two small, in Craftmania's Berry Red Translucent Paper.

I shaped them before sticking them together, and then stuck this onto the end of the card with the leaves which I made earlier. Tuck them underneath.

▪️Again using another die from Jamie Rodgers' Pierced Collection, I cut out "Merry Christmas"

in Maya Burgundy card and stuck to the top of the card.

I finished by adding gold gems to the Poinsettia's and the card corners....

A very simple and quick Christmas card to make :-)

Take care

Lynn x
